Please find attached formal letter and invite to the festival, the competition proposed layout and the rules we will be playing to.

For completeness I have included Wheatsheaf, Wimborne, Sherborne, Devizes, Pewsey Vale, Corsham and Warminster who are either considering starting Waling Rugby or have started and may not be up to speed - The competition is open to all and if we make it bigger that's fine. Note that Wheatsheaf have already stated they wont be able to participate in this event, but included for future reference for Stuart.

After this event has been run Stuart Morrow (Chippenham) will be they D&W Walking Rugby contact and coordinator working to the Community Rugby committee withing D&W. I merely have got things going!

Thanks and please get in contact if anything you want to know and importantly your willingness to participate. If you can indicate if you would be able to provide a second team so we can make the competition even it would be appreciated and we will try to accommodate. Where feasible
