Same format as previous seasons – clubs seem to like it and it meets RFU requirements.
All games are published on GMS – see under Team Mangement – also on your web site if you are using the GMS linked site. There is currently an issue with displaying these games on the England Rugby Competitions page, but I am hopeful this will be resolved soon. – http://www.englandrugby.com/fixtures-and-results/competitions/
Because this is Youth Rugby we do not publish regulations for matches that are expected under RFU guidance for youth games. All youth games (unless under an approved trial) are Rolling Subs, Max 22, min 12 players, Scrum matching in numbers at all times, if 1 side is starting short then even numbers are expected from opposition on the pitch.
Games can only be postponed by mutual agreement with the opposition AND first and foremost the competition manager (Jacqui Streener), no game can be played later that the final round in the section of the competition. We look for games to be brought forward, maybe as evening fixtures.
Full Rules are contained in the D&W Handbook which is available on the website
All U15 competition fixtures will be notified to the Referee society by the competition organisers. This will act as a request for your referee to be appointed. Additionally the RFU have made a link between GMS and Who’s The Ref, so these automaticaly are loaded onto the society appointments pages. You will get a notification to the nominated contact if one is appointed. You should check the referees web site to confirm. The society has provided the following as additional information and guidance. If a match is postponed or rearranged the competition organisers will amend the dates on GMS which should feed the referees system, however it is the home teams responsibility to ensure a re-appointment is requested.
The Dorset&Wilts Referee Society cannot guarantee to cover all fixture and it is the responsibility of the club to have a suitably qualified “club referee” available so that the fixture can go ahead.
If games are cancelled the club must contact the appointed referee and the Re-appointment Sec (email@example.com or 05602847350) immediately so the referee can be re-assigned to another game.
Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive.
